At the heart of Tangier Bay, in Malabata, Cap Tingis has the advantage to be fully oriented to the west offering an exceptional view of the coastline and the historic city of Tangier. The Cap Tingis site is a continuation of the various projects aiming at urbanizing the coast, particularly the Ghandouri’s one. With a coastline of about 1.3 km to a depth of 500 meters, the site with a 60 ha surface area draws its strength of character and charm from its topography with differences in heights, reaching a peak of 85 meters above sea.
